About Me

My photo
Hi. I live in Canberra, Australia, and started tatting early in 2009. Consequently, I've now caught the 'tatting bug' and hope to be infected for a long while.

Motif 22

These daffodils were my entry for the Canberra Show. They are made from the same pattern as was Motif 10 (from Toni Storer's book Tatting down the garden path), but used size 30 Altin Basak instead of size 10.

They look much nicer in the finer thread and are a much more realistic size.

  1. Beautiful flowers and I like your choice of colors.

  2. Very beautiful these daffodils and the colors.
    Good tatting.

  3. WOW, those are superb. A cheerful welcome to Spring - least it's nearly Spring here although you're heading for autumn!!!!

  4. Wonderful, so well tatted. Spring here but not a daffodil in sight.

  5. Seeing your flowers makes me hopeful that the ice will be gone soon!!!

  6. Your bouquet of tatted flowers is lovely!! So bright and cheery!!

  7. Your daffodils are gorgeous! They are my favorite flower. I'd love to see more of your work from this book. I've been looking for Toni's book forever, but no luck so far.

  8. WOW! These are amazing! And the yellow is the perfect shade.
